Ray and
Virginia came from Pennsylvania to Phoenix to visit family 17 years ago and
liked it here. They moved their family of 4 children (3 girls and 1 boy) and
settled into life in Arizona. Virginia has been working for an insurance
company and in her spare time enjoys her 7 grandchildren, bowling and
exercising.
Ray also enjoys his grandchildren and has been working for the Sun City West
fire department for the past 16 years. His hobbies are not surprisingly 'car
related'. In Pennsylvania he had his own garage putting together fuel funny
cars and built a lot of cars for others. In the 70's he drag raced pro stock
for Chrysler and
on the side raced snowmobiles and drag boats. He also spent eleven years
in the Airborne Army.
Virginia
and Ray have been married for 36 years and when they retire would like
to spend some time traveling
Maybe
they can take some trips in the "New Wave Purple" 1948 Plymouth
coupe that Ray reconditioned himself.
